ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to serve students in Illinois schools for the upcoming school year. In this role, you’ll help students strengthen their communication abilities, supporting both academic achievement and personal growth.
Role Overview

Start Date: August 2025

Hours: Approximately 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday

Work Setting: Onsite in K–12 public or charter schools

Grade Levels: PreK through high school; placements matched to skills and preferences

Employment Type: W2 through ProCare Therapy
Responsibilities
-
Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings
-
Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Provide therapy in individual and small group formats
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress
-
Maintain accurate records in compliance with Illinois and federal regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Illinois SLP license and/or ASHA CCCs
-
Familiarity with school-based therapy procedures and the IEP process
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
-
Prior school-based experience preferred
