In this school-based role, you'll play a critical part in helping students access their education, express themselves confidently, and overcome barriers that stand in the way of learning.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting speech and language evaluations for students in grades K–12

Developing and delivering individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals

Providing both direct and consultative services in classroom and pull-out settings

Collaborating with educators, parents, and special education teams

Attending and contributing to IEP meetings and student progress reviews

Keeping thorough, compliant records and progress documentation

Ensuring adherence to IDEA, WAC, and district-level special education standards
