School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Canandaigua, New York

Located in Canandaigua, NY, this contract role offers a consistent schedule throughout the current school year, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on student progress in a structured educational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participating in team meetings and maintaining compliance with educational and professional standards
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience delivering speech and language services in a school environment, preferably with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
