Required Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Proven experience in schools and/or pediatric settings
- Knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and student evaluation standards
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, articulation, and language disorders
- Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across K-12 populations
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by district and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP and student support meetings
