Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based position in Robbinsdale, MN. This is a contract opportunity serving students in an elementary school setting, with the possibility of traveling between multiple school sites.

To be considered, applicants must meet all local and state requirements for school-based SLPs in Minnesota, including:
- Minnesota SLP State Licensure
- Professional License Tier 2, 3, or 4 issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)
- School-based experience highly preferred, especially with students receiving special education services and their families
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write detailed assessment reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in annual IEP meetings
- Support augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) when appropriate
- Serve students across multiple buildings, as needed
