Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Roanoke, VA (24031)

Caseload: K–12 (Multiple Openings Available)
Setting: Onsite
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in Roanoke, Virginia to fill several Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians or new graduates to work with students across a range of grade levels and communication needs.
Position Overview:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Multiple caseloads available (K–12)
-
Onsite positions within district schools
-
Exact caseload details and school assignments discussed during interview
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized therapy services
-
Support students with communication, articulation, and language development needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to promote student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation as required by the district
-
Provide consultation and classroom-based strategies to support language development
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active Virginia SLP license
-
ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

School-based experience preferred but not required
