What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions that inspire growth
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Track and document student outcomes, making adjustments as needed
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- A passion for empowering students through communication
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
