Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP certification required
- Demonstrated experience with school-aged children, ideally within an elementary setting
- Skilled in assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning for students with mild to moderate speech/language disorders
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students across 1-2 school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and track student progress
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as part of the IEP process
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure alignment and student success
- Support implementation of evidence-based practices tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on program development
