A part-time opportunity is available for an experienced Listening and Spoken Language Specialist – Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT) to provide specialized services at a school located in Rowland Heights, CA. This contract position requires on-site work approximately once a month for 60 minutes, starting as soon as possible through June 5, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct auditory verbal therapy (AVT) assessments to determine the student’s ongoing need for AVT services.
- Provide AVT sessions once per month lasting 60 minutes if services are warranted.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student communication development through AVT.
Qualifications:
- Hold the national LSLS Cert. AVT certification.
- Possess a current state license in one of the following disciplines: Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Audiology, or Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH).
- Demonstrate experience working with auditory verbal therapy and related assessment procedures.

- Onsite position in Rowland Heights, California.
