Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Riverside, CA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles with partner school districts in the Riverside, CA area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment, delivering high-quality speech and language services to students with diverse needs.
Minimum Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following California state and local certification requirements:

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Current or eligible California Credential in Language, Speech and Hearing Services (Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for work in public schools
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred (CFY applicants may be considered depending on district needs)

Completion of fingerprint clearance and background check through the California Department of Justice

Authorization to work in the United States
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate students’ communication needs
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports
-
Attend IEP meetings, staff training, and school events as required
-
Support inclusive practices and provide consultation to teachers and staff
