Required Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all California state and local requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
-
California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential in Language, Speech, and Hearing
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered
-
Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance as required by local school districts
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
-
Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
-
Maintain accurate records of student progress and session documentation
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and other student-focused team meetings
-
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations
