Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Rio Rancho, NM
ProCare Therapy is looking for a remote Speech-Language Pathologist. We are looking for a licensed SLP who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about serving diverse student populations.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to caseloads of 45-55 students

Collaborate remotely with teachers and staff to facilitate student participation

Adapt to changing student needs and assignment adjustments

Maintain documentation and progress reports according to district guidelines

Problem solve and develop creative strategies to serve students remotely
Qualifications:

Currently licensed or willing to obtain NM and PED licenses in New Mexico

Flexibility to work with various age groups and caseloads
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, short-staffed environment

Experience with remote therapy preferred but not required
