Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders and their Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) to be considered for the position. Those who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

State and Federal Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders or related field

Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA

Active New Mexico state license for Speech-Language Pathology

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening per district policy

Compliance with federal and state education guidelines
Job Duties:
-
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
-
Provide therapy in individual and group settings as needed
