Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Role
Location: Ridgecrest, CA
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based position in Ridgecrest, CA. This role will focus on providing services to an elementary caseload.
Requirements:

Must meet all state and local requirements for Speech Language Pathologists in California
-
Valid state licensure/certification
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
-
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
-
Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
-
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
-
Support the district’s goals for inclusive education and student success
