ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, onsite position in Richton Park, IL. This role covers the full 2025–2026 school year, serving high school students (grades 9–12) three days per week. The SLP will play a key role in supporting students’ communication, language development, and social skills in an academic setting.
This is a great opportunity for SLPs seeking flexibility while still making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy (individual and group sessions) focused on:

Articulation and phonological disorders

Receptive and expressive language skills
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social language use
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by the start date)
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
Experience working with high school students is a plus
