Overview
We are seeking an experienced School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide fully remote (teletherapy) services to students in Virginia. This role supports students’ communication needs while collaborating virtually with school teams to ensure educational access and IEP compliance.
Responsibilities

Provide teletherapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct virtual evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
-
Develop and implement treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs
-
Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Virginia SLP license (and ASHA CCCs, if applicable)
-
Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience
-
Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
-
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
