Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 school team full-time, providing teletherapy services to students near Richmond, VA. This position is perfect for passionate clinicians—both experienced and Clinical Fellows—who want to make an impact from the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff through virtual platforms

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and attend virtual IEP meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Virginia SLP license (and state of residence license if different)

  • ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply

  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology

Preferred:

  • Prior teletherapy or virtual service delivery experience

  • Familiarity with IEP processes and virtual collaboration tools
