Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or in the Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility to begin CFY
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience with teletherapy and/or in-person pediatric therapy, ideally in educational environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators, families, and support staff
- Solid organizational skills to effectively manage a school caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, implementing IEP goals and monitoring progress
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluation teams
- Collaborate on educational strategies with teachers, administrators, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with educational and healthcare documentation guidelines
- Engage in professional development and community-building activities as needed
