Provide speech-language support to students within a dynamic school setting in Houston, TX for the 2026–2027 academic year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Texas license as an SLP or SLPA (license verification required)
  • Demonstrated experience working in schools as an SLP or SLPA
  • On-site availability for the Houston, TX school district
  • Ability to complete required fingerprinting within three days of contract signing
  • Reliable transportation and clear scheduling availability
  • Previous experience within the district is a plus but not required

Location:

  • Houston, Texas (onsite within school facilities)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation following school and district protocols
  • Participate in meetings and assist with compliance to state and federal speech-language regulations

Additional Details:

  • This is a contract position for the 2026–2027 school year
