Qualifications:
- Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license for Georgia (GA SLP License).
- Possess a valid GaPSC Teaching Certificate.
- Achieved Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience delivering speech therapy in K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging with diverse student populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services according to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders, and track student progress.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans fostering student achievement.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student support.
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams, contributing clinical expertise.
- Maintain required records and ensure compliance with state, federal, and school policies.
Pay for this opportunity is $80 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment to student well-being.
