Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Richmond, CA
About the Role:
A school district in Richmond, CA is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to students across a K–12 caseload with mild to severe needs. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through ProCare Therapy, offering weekly pay, full benefits, and strong school support.

What You'll Be Doing:
-
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
-
Develop and implement IEP-aligned therapy plans tailored to student goals
-
Deliver services individually and in small group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
-
Document progress and provide updates during IEP meetings
-
Support students with both communication and academic challenges
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – CFs welcome to apply!

Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
-
Strong communication and time management skills
