Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Revere, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Revere, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide vital communication support to K–12 students while working closely with educators and families to promote academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students’ communication needs

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment data

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and service plans

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary

  • Support students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility

  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
