About the Role:
Renton School District invites applications for a highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a vibrant and diverse student community. The SLP will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive communication supports.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform speech-language evaluations using appropriate, evidence-based methods.

Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs.

Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students across grade levels.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to promote inclusive learning.

Ensure compliance with all documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Engage in professional development focused on culturally responsive practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Washington ESA certification or eligibility.
-
ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship candidates accepted.

Strong cultural competence and communication skills.
Preferred:
-
Experience working with multilingual and diverse populations.
-
Knowledge of AAC and assistive technologies.

Ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
