Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Rensselaer, NY
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract position in Rensselaer, NY for the 2025–2026 school year. This position serves a private school supporting students ages 5–22 with a wide range of communication and developmental needs.

Caseload: Grades K–12, ages 5–22

Therapy Load: 45, 30-minute sessions per week

Programs served:

RAAVE: Support for students with Autism
-
MOVE: Services for motor/communication challenges
-
MAAVE: Combination support needs
AAC modalities: PECS, voice-output devices, eye gaze technology
Feeding therapy: Dysphagia management, pleasure feeding, desensitization
Responsibilities: Session documentation, evaluations, progress tracking, and IEP reviews
Supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team and structured training program
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active New York SLP license
-
TSSLD certification (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) required

ASHA CCC preferred
-
Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
