Remote Speech Fluency Coach Delaware Enrichment Programs
We’re hiring a contract-based Speech Fluency Coach to deliver small-group, enrichment-based virtual sessions to Delaware students working on fluency, pacing, and expressive communication. This is ideal for SLPs interested in supplemental services beyond IEP-based therapy, focusing on confidence building and communication enrichment.
Duties:

Deliver group-based speech enrichment sessions remotely

Focus on fluency, pacing, and expressive skills

Create engaging group activities and challenges

Monitor progress and student participation

Collaborate with school enrichment program leaders

Provide feedback to families and staff

Adapt activities for different grade levels

Track attendance and engagement metrics

Promote communication confidence in a supportive space

Follow ethical practices in group services

Use gamified approaches to increase participation

Ensure all online interactions meet privacy standards

Offer mini-assessments to guide instruction

Refer students for formal evaluation when needed

Maintain session plans and material archives

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
