Desired Qualifications:

- Current or eligible SLP licensure in California

- Dedication to evidence-based therapy and progress monitoring

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with school teams
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Document therapy sessions, student progress, and maintain compliance with state/federal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff development activities
- Educate and support teachers and families on strategies for student success
- Manage a varied caseload across different grade levels
