Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time (Elementary School)
Redwood City, CA | 40 hours/week | School-Based (Onsite)

About the Position
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role (40 hours/week) serving elementary school students in the Redwood City area.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to supporting students’ communication needs within an educational setting.
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of elementary-aged students

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

California SLP License or Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants welcome

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Schedule & Details

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexibility possible)

Caseload: Elementary students, mild to moderate needs

Duration: Full school year (option to renew annually)
