Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload in the Torrance, CA area. This is a full-time, onsite position working with approximately 45 students. The ideal candidate will have prior school-based experience and be comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to provide high-quality services.
Qualifications:

Active California SLP license or CTC credential (as applicable)

School-based experience required

Ability to work onsite full time

Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to an elementary caseload

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Support students’ communication goals throughout the school environment
