Online Speech Therapist Oregon K12 Contract Services
Join Oregon school districts as an Online Speech Therapist providing contract-based, remote services. This 1099 position focuses on delivering individualized therapy, assessments, and consultative support using telepractice platforms. You will enjoy autonomy in your schedule while maintaining collaborative relationships with school teams and families. Your role supports students in meeting communication and academic goals within Oregon’s educational frameworks.
Duties:

Deliver direct teletherapy to students across K–12 grades.

Complete virtual speech and language assessments.

Write and revise IEP goals and objectives.

Monitor and document therapy progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations.

Provide consultative support to educators and families.

Maintain compliance with Oregon state and federal laws.

Use technology to facilitate engaging therapy sessions.

Assist with assistive technology recommendations.

Coordinate services with related providers.

Provide culturally responsive and individualized therapy.

Train paraprofessionals and school staff as needed.
-
Track service data for billing and quality assurance.

Participate in ongoing professional development.

Manage caseload and schedule independently.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
