We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team near Redlands, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students develop vital communication skills and succeed in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Work with students across various grade levels, from Pre-K to 12th grade.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Colorado state SLP license (or eligibility).
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to engage students in effective and meaningful therapy.
- Understanding of IEP development and compliance.
