Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SLP or SLPA to join a supportive school district for the upcoming school year. This role involves delivering high-quality speech and language services to students, collaborating with educators and families, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy to students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing needs

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Assist in creating IEPs and participating in IEP meetings
-
Support a caseload tailored to experience and district needs

Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications:

Active SLP or SLPA license in the state of employment

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP applicants) or approved SLPA training program completion

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills
