Position Overview

Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Full-time, 2025–2026 school year

Work Setting: Onsite positions available at multiple school sites

Start Date: August 2025
SLPs will be responsible for providing direct and consultative speech-language services to students across a range of age groups. You’ll collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and families to help students achieve communication goals and access their education more effectively.
Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement IEP goals for speech and language
-
Provide therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and team planning
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Requirements
-
Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFs may be considered

Previous school-based experience is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
