Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, immediate start through May 29, 2026
- Part-Time: Two days per week with flexible hours, focusing on Pre-K and elementary students
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, including caseload management across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Ability to supervise at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling (especially for part-time role)
- Familiarity with both onsite service delivery models
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services directly to students, adapting therapy plans across diverse age groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and outcomes
- Supervise SLPA activities in accordance with established guidelines and best practices
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in regular meetings to discuss student IEPs and progress
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech-language services in educational settings
