Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) to address communication goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group or one-on-one settings
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs in the classroom
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a member of the collaborative support team
