School Speech Language Pathologist - Quincy, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and credentials
- Open to SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC candidates
- Prior experience working in school settings or with elementary-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to students in kindergarten through 4th grade
- Manage a dynamic caseload of approximately 50 students, adapting to their individual progress and needs
- Complete evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and document student progress
- Partner with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
