Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with IEP development and progress monitoring is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a middle school caseload, addressing a range of communication needs
- Evaluate students to determine eligibility and therapy objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress effectively
- Design and implement engaging therapy plans aligned with individual student goals
- Support ESY (Extended School Year) programming as assigned
