School Year: 2025–2026 | Hours: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Grade Levels: K–12 | Caseload: On-site
ProCare Therapy is seeking a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist to join a highly respected district in Spanaway, WA for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to step into a valued leadership role—supporting a diverse caseload and collaborating directly with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes.
We’re looking for an SLP who understands the rhythm of the school year, knows how to navigate the IEP process confidently, and is ready to bring a solutions-focused mindset to the table.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret results to support eligibility decisions

Write and implement high-quality, data-driven IEP goals
-
Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
-
Support classroom teachers with strategies for communication and language development
-
Participate in school-wide RTI/MTSS programs and provide consultative services to staff and families
-
Take an active role in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insight and strategic planning

Requirements:

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid WA SLP license
-
Minimum of 2+ years of school-based experience strongly preferred
-
ASHA CCCs required
-
Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration
