Description:
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Arcadia, FL. This position serves a K–12 caseload with a variety of needs and disabilities. The SLP will provide both direct therapy and indirect support, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students meet their communication goals.

Caseload: K–12 students with varying speech and language needs

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Start Date: ASAP – 5/28/2026

Responsibilities include therapy, assessments, IEPs, and collaboration with teachers and staff
Requirements:

Active Florida SLP license
-
Experience in school-based settings preferred

Comfortable managing a diverse K–12 caseload

Strong communication and organizational skills
