ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position near Pullman, Washington. We offer flexibility in your work setting, with both on-site and remote options available. There’s also the potential to extend the position for the upcoming school year.
Position Details:
- Location: On-site near Pullman, Washington
- Start Date: 08/27/2025
- End Date: 06/12/2026
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Billable Hours: 8 hours of direct therapy per day
- Break: 30-minute unpaid break
- Caseload: PreK-12th
Job Type and Compensation:
- On-Site: W-2 employment with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, and vision coverage)
- Remote: 1099 contract offering flexibility and the option to work from home
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensure in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven experience working with students with speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language delays
- Skilled in creating and implementing individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
- Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech-language impairments
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible in adapting therapy to support a diverse student population
