Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping young children develop vital communication skills? ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed SLP to provide early intervention services in a warm, collaborative, and child-centered environment. This is a part-time opportunity with a focus on impactful, developmental therapy that truly makes a difference.
? Who You’ll Work With:
You’ll be serving a caseload of 40 children, ages 3 to 8, in early intervention and school-based settings. The focus is on identifying communication challenges early and working proactively with families and educators to support speech and language development during the most critical years.
? Your Role Will Include:

Conducting initial evaluations and re-evaluations for communication disorders
-
Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Providing direct therapy services based on individualized goals

Working collaboratively with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals

Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed

Supporting and educating families to encourage continued growth at home
?? Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP license in the state of service

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered

Experience in early intervention and/or pediatric populations highly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

A patient, creative, and compassionate approach to therapy
