About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team onsite in Pulaski, TN. This is a part-time position providing services in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs or care plans) based on clinical findings and best practices

Deliver therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards and clinical guidelines

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including teachers, caregivers, and medical professionals, to support client progress

Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and billing records in a timely manner

Educate and counsel patients, families, and support staff on techniques and strategies to improve communication and swallowing function

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Tennessee SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates will be considered

Previous experience in educational, outpatient, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
