We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based program in the Providence, RI area. This role offers a hybrid model with a blend of onsite and remote responsibilities, providing flexibility while supporting students’ communication needs across academic environments.
Position Overview
- Location: Providence, RI 02903
- Setting: Hybrid (onsite + remote)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Start Date: ASAP or based on candidate availability
- Caseload: Assigned based on experience and program needs
- Duration: Remainder of the 2025–2026 school year (renewal possible)
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $45–$55/hr (based on experience and budget approval)

Qualifications
- Active Rhode Island SLP license (CCC or CF considered)
- Previous school experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in both onsite and virtual environments
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and virtual therapy services
- Support IEP development and implementation
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service teams
- Maintain compliant documentation and service logs
