A part-time or full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in a hybrid role within a public school setting located in Providence, RI. This contract opportunity begins ASAP and runs through June 16, 2026. The caseload will be determined based on school needs, with variations in assignments discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with state requirements
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Ability to work in-person; hybrid work arrangements will be discussed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
