ProCare Therapy is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work in K–12 public and charter schools across Rhode Island for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CF) or a licensed SLP with years of experience, we’ll connect you with a role that fits your strengths and career vision.
You’ll play a key role in assessing communication needs, developing therapy plans, and collaborating with families and school teams to support each student’s growth.

Qualifications:

Active Rhode Island SLP license (or eligibility through the RI Department of Health)

Familiarity with IDEA, IEPs, and school-based therapy practices

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to student success
Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for students in grades K–12

Design and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Support families and educators with resources and recommendations
-
Maintain documentation in line with state and district regulations
