Speech Language Pathologist Position - Prestonsburg, KY

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide comprehensive therapy services within a K-12 school setting in Prestonsburg, KY. This contract role spans the full contracted school year (CSY) and offers an opportunity to work directly with pediatric populations, including children across all grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, including teletherapy options as appropriate.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC).
- Experience or training in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods.
- Eligible or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY).
- Previous experience working in school or healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
