Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time School-Based Position
Location: Issaquah School District, Issaquah, WA
Assignment Dates: Immediate Start through June 17, 2026
Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Onsite

About This Opportunity
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Issaquah School District on a full-time basis. This role focuses on serving secondary school students and will provide essential leave coverage through the end of the 2025–2026 academic year.
This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment with a supportive team dedicated to student success and well-being.
Primary Responsibilities

Perform thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language challenges

Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other school professionals

Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with district and state regulations

Participate actively in IEP meetings and student support discussions
Candidate Requirements
-
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Current Washington ESA certification
-
Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred

Strong knowledge of speech-language assessment, intervention, and reporting

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a full caseload effectively

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team
Caseload and Work Environment

Caseload focused on secondary school students (middle and high school)

Specific caseload and school assignment details will be provided upon placement

Onsite position requiring adherence to district schedules

Role covers a long-term leave through June 17, 2026
