What you’ll bring:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Commitment to providing all services in person—virtual delivery is not an option
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What you’ll do:
- Deliver enriching speech therapy to two students attending a specialized school program
- Student A: 80 minutes of therapy per month
- Student B: 200 minutes of therapy per month (divided as two 25-minute sessions per week)
- Develop, document, and track individualized treatment plans based on student goals
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with school staff and families to support student progress
- Use creative strategies to help students build confidence and communication skills in a supportive educational environment
- Maintain compliance with all required documentation and procedural standards
