Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Delaware, OH

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Delaware, OH. This contract role begins ASAP and runs through May 27, 2026. The successful candidate will provide services to PreK through 5th-grade students, maintaining a caseload that does not exceed a weighted total of 80. The workweek is 37.5 hours, within the traditional school year calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students PreK-5th grade
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports to ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Eligibility or possession of state licensure and certification for school-based practice
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
