A dynamic opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver essential services across various community-based settings. These positions focus on providing speech and language support to preschool-aged children (3-5 years) with speech and language impairment disabilities in multiple preschools and daycares.
Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Position Type: Contract, Comprehensive School Year (CSY)
Grade Levels: Preschool (ages 3-5)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide direct therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork efficiently, dedicating Fridays for administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines governing speech-language pathology in educational settings.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification.
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with preschool children diagnosed with speech and language impairments preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in community-based environments.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).
- Friday dedicated to paperwork and administrative duties.
Contract Duration:
- One position available immediately through June 2026.
- One position available January 2026 through June 2026.
