Location: Virginia Beach Area
Contract Dates: ASAP – End of School Year
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Position Summary
A district in the Virginia Beach area is seeking full?time Speech?Language Pathologists to support students for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. These onsite roles will primarily work with Elementary?aged learners. Final school placements and the number of assigned campuses will be determined by the district.
Caseload & Responsibilities
• Full?time schedule at 37.5 hours per week
• Elementary caseload expected
• Caseload goal of approximately 50 students for full?time SLPs, with some variation based on district needs
• Provide direct therapy, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and documentation
Qualifications
• Open to SLP?CFs and SLPs who do not yet hold their CCCs
• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
